• Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to improve user experience, conversion rates, and sales funnels
• Coordinate with other marketing team and MIS to execute digital marketing campaigns, optimize SEO/SEM, and integrate technologies that enhance the online shopping experience
• Monitor competitors and market trends in e-commerce platforms to maintain a competitive edge
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and high-quality support
• Manage budgets and financial plans, track expenses, and ensure profitability of online channels
