This role serves as the key point of contact between central and local teams, driving alignment between strategy, data insights, and execution. You will be responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of operational programs by identifying performance gaps, scaling best practices, and driving data-driven solutions to business challenges. The role also supports strategic planning through market insights, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives or projects to drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational priorities.
• Manage business projects end-to-end, including process optimization, operating model enhancements, incentive program design, and cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
• Partner closely with regional Product and Operations teams to define business requirements, influence product roadmaps, and ensure successful feature launches and adoption.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify performance gaps, recommend solutions, and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, drive execution, and ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, business strategy, e-commerce, internet, or technology-related industries.
• Proven experience leading strategic projects from problem identification and analysis through solution design and execution, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business challenges into actionable initiatives and drive end-to-end execution.
• Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
