Job summary

SM Retail is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to drive growth across online platforms with cross‑functional teams.

Lead strategy, planning, and optimization of listings, pricing, promotions, and content on marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada, and align omni‑channel initiatives with store channels.

You will mentor a team, coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations to ensure consistent performance and best‑in‑class user experience across platforms in Metro Manila and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce, or online marketplace management, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing major e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, or similar marketplaces).
• Strong background in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e‑commerce growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead campaign planning and coordinate with merchandising, commercial, and marketing teams.
• Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and content are accurate and optimized across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and marketplace partners to drive visibility, promotions, and sales growth.
• Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution.
• Align and execute campaigns across e‑commerce, digital channels, and physical stores for a seamless customer experience.
