Job summary

Lifesports Inc. in Pasay is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Order Specialist to support order processing, sales documentation, and inventory coordination across Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok.

The role requires a business-related degree and 1–2 years' ERP experience. You will work onsite at Merville, Pasay, half-days on alternating Saturdays, and collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate pricing, timely purchase orders, and reliable data in our systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of related experience, preferably with ERP software.
• Experience processing orders on Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in MS Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work with other departments.
• Willing to work half-day on alternating Saturdays.
• Willing to work onsite in Merville, Pasay.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders from Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok.
• Verify order details, pricing, and product information.
• Ensure timely processing of e-commerce orders.
• Prepare PRs and create POs as needed.
• Coordinate with departments on order requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.

Duties & Responsibilities

E-Commerce Order Processing

Process sales orders from various e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok

Verify order details, product information, pricing, and other order requirements

Ensure accurate and timely processing of e-commerce orders

Assist in processing outright sales orders

Perform price checking and verify product information

Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and create Purchase Orders (POs)

Coordinate with relevant departments regarding order requirements

Inventory & Records

Coordinate with other departments regarding inventory availability

Assist in implementing and maintaining inventory control procedures

Ensure accurate and updated sales and inventory records

Encode and maintain order-related information in the appropriate systems

Other Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support as needed

Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
