Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager in the Philippines to lead website and marketplace operations. You will drive SEO, content, and UX improvements while managing ads across Google, Facebook, and display networks to boost traffic and conversions.
You will also mentor a cross-functional team, coordinate campaigns for holidays and launches, and optimize inventory and fulfillment processes to maximize profitability in a fast-paced environment.
Website Marketing and Management:
Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's e-commerce website.
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Manage content updates to ensure relevance and engagement.
Enhance site usability and ensure a seamless shopping experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI design.
Utilize web analytics tools to monitor site performance, user behavior, and key metrics. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Marketplace Management:
Oversee the presence and performance on various online marketplaces like Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, and future emerging marketplaces the company ventures into.
Ensure product listings are optimized for search and conversion, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Maintain relationships with marketplace vendors, ensuring compliance with their guidelines and leveraging promotional opportunities.
Media Planning and CPAS Optimization:
Develop and execute media plans to support e-commerce sales objectives, including digital advertising, PPC, and display ads marketing.
Optimize Meta ads & CPAS to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition. Analyze data to improve ad spend efficiency and ROI.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks.
Continuously monitor media performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Team Management:
Lead, analyze and strategize and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists, digital marketers, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, IT, customer service) to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals.
Manage the allocation of resources within the e-commerce team to ensure efficient operation and project completion.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Plan, develop, and execute (with marketing & MPCD) promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Coordinate special campaigns around holidays, product launches, and other significant events.
Oversee the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns to engage and convert customers.
Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Fulfillment Coordination:
Coordinate the order processing system to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Work with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory flow and resolve any fulfillment issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues related to order fulfillment and delivery.
Inventory Analysis:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory.
Utilize sales data and market trends to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Generate regular reports on inventory status, identifying slow-moving items and recommending strategies to optimize stock levels.
