Job summary

Beginnings Communications, Inc. is seeking an experienced Dispatch Officer to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, daily dispatch schedules, and rider/fleet coordination within the E-Commerce team.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Magento or similar systems. Expect shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet service SLAs and business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations, or fleet coordination.
• Direct experience in E-Commerce or last-mile delivery operations is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by business operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily dispatch schedules, assigning parcels and details to riders.
• Monitor rider activities, accomplishments, and delivery timelines per company protocols.
• Develop and optimize delivery schedules, manage re-routing or rescheduling when needed.
