Job summary

GAINSTRONG TALENT SOLUTIONS CORP. is seeking Customer Service Representatives for an E-Commerce Account to handle inquiries via calls, chat, or email. You will assist with orders, payments, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product concerns, while providing accurate information and timely solutions.

The role requires good verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to work shifting schedules including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of BPO/Contact Center experience.
• Experience in E-Commerce, Retail, or Customer Service is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, chat, or email.
