Responsibilities

• Client Support: Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop chat support with quick replies.
• Account Management: Edit product information, upload products, and enhance sales and shop levels; maintain positive ratings and account health.
• Account Health: Ensure the health of each shop is at its optimum and inform the team of out-of-stock products.
• Communication: Address client issues properly and maintain proactive communication.
• Administrative Tasks: Keep the shop health at optimum and manage daily administrative tasks.

Job description

An Account Handler for eCommerce is responsible for managing relationships with key clients and overseeing the eCommerce business operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Client Support:

   1. Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok Shop Chat support should be quick in replying. We will train them on how to reply using our AI Chatbot

2. Account Management:

   1. Edit product information, upload products, and enhance sales and shop levels.

   2. Maintain positive ratings, ensure account stability, and adhere to platform policies.

   3. Account health of each shop should be at its optimum

   4. The products that are out of stock should be informed the whole time

   5. Develop and implement Marketing and Advertising to boost traffic and sales.

3. Communication:

   1. Addresses the problem properly with clients.

4. Administrative Tasks:

   1. Takes action in terms of keeping the Shop's Health at its optimum

   2. Must know how to use Google Sheets.
