Job summary

BG&E, part of the SYSTRA Group, is seeking an ERP Support Analyst based in Manila to maintain the reliability and optimisation of the Dynamics 365 ERP environment. You will provide day-to-day functional support to business users and collaborate with internal IT, vendors, and SYSTRA ANZ stakeholders.

You will work in a service-focused team, ensuring governance alignment and continuous improvement, balancing operational support with system enhancements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support for ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Project Operations and/or Finance and Operations).
• Knowledge of ERP-enabled business processes including finance, project delivery, procurement, supply chain and HR.
• Experience in ICT support/service delivery with established processes and controls.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 users.
• Act as a trusted contact for ERP-related queries, incidents, and service requests.
• Investigate, analyse, and resolve system issues, escalate when required per support processes.
• Support system enhancements, minor configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with user access, security roles, and licensing administration per governance.
