Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to provide day-to-day ERP support at the Mall of Asia location. This hybrid role includes coordinating incidents, requests, and user inquiries while ensuring ERP reliability for business users.

You will help with upgrades, testing, and documentation, collaborating with IT and external vendors. The ideal candidate brings ERP experience, preferably in Dynamics 365, with strong analytical and communication skills to support finance,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations and/or Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes including finance, project delivery, procurement, supply chain, and HR.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring ERP platform reliability for business users.
• Act as primary contact for ERP-related incidents, service requests, and user inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Investigate, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; escalate complex problems per support processes.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver ERP solutions and maintain documentation.
