Job summary

Tito Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive lead engagement, qualify opportunities, and schedule discovery calls with US-based prospects.

The role collaborates with channel partners, manages multiple lead pipelines in CRM, and requires working US Pacific Time hours full-time. Strong English communication and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, inside sales, or business development.
• Experience handling leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience engaging US-based prospects or clients is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Willingness to work full-time during US Pacific Time business hours.
• Ability to manage multiple lead pipelines and coordinate with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and channel partners.
• Set appointments and coordinate between prospects and sales teams.
• Support channel partners with lead generation and handover of opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor pipeline progression.
• Track and report on lead engagement and conversion metrics.
