Qualifications

• 10 years hands-on L&D, HR, corporate training, or event facilitation experience.
• Strong public speaking and engaging presentation delivery.
• Solid visual design skills with PowerPoint and Canva.
• Familiarity with engagement platforms (Mentimeter, Kahoot, Slido, Miro) and video tools (Zoom, MS Teams).
• Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, highly organized L&D Specialist who brings training sessions to life. In this role, you will balance end-to-end event coordination and visual material design with active, charismatic session facilitation. If you have a passion for graphic presentation design, love keeping an audience engaged, and thrive on organizing seamless learning experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Interactive Session Facilitation: Lead and co-facilitate engaging workshops, onboarding modules, and skill-building sessions. Keep participants active and involved using icebreakers, polls, breakout groups, and high-energy discussions.

• Visual Content & Material Design: Create visually stunning slide decks, digital workbooks, infographics, and quick-reference guides using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools. Turn dense, complex ideas into clean, easy-to-digest visual stories.

• Program Coordination & Operations: Manage all logistics for live, virtual, and hybrid workshops, including calendar scheduling, room/virtual link setups, participant tracking, and LMS updates.

• Planning & Session Design: Partner with internal teams to identify learning needs, draft creative session outlines, and build fun, interactive agendas.

• Feedback & Measurement: Collect post-training feedback, track attendance metrics, and compile summary reports to continually improve participant engagement and program effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in L&D, HR, corporate training, or event facilitation.

• Dynamic Presentation Skills: A charismatic, upbeat personality with natural public speaking skills and the confidence to hold an audience's attention (virtually or in person).

• Design Eye: A strong portfolio or demonstrated knack for visual design, layout, and presentation crafting (high proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva required).

• Engagement Tech Savvy: Familiarity with audience engagement platforms (e.g., Mentimeter, Kahoot, Slido, Miro) and video tools (Zoom, MS Teams).

• Organization & Drive: Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and a proactive "get-it-done" attitude.
