Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable/Invoice Processor in Metro Manila to monitor customer emails, review invoices, and ensure timely payments while adhering to procedures.

You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain databases, and respond to missing payments or invoices. The role requires strong data entry, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Data entry and retrieval using a standard keyboard.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of customer emails and supporting invoicing tasks.
• Reviewing invoices and adding to applications; ensuring timely payments.
• Assist in reconciling with AP to ensure invoices are paid timely and accurate.
• Identify missed invoices/payments and communicate with teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets; update information as needed.
• Respond to missing payments, proof of payments, and missing invoices from IDREs.
