Job summary

Lofty is building a high‑performance sales team in the Philippines to upsell existing clients and gain new accounts for our digital marketing products. You’ll handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns, with key opportunities handed off to the Phoenix DMA closing team.

You’ll meet daily outbound targets, qualify prospects, and log activity in the CRM. English fluency and digital marketing sales experience are required; HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of outbound telemarketing, inside sales, or customer success experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English, clear, confident, and persuasive on the phone.
• Experience selling digital marketing products (websites, SEO, lead gen) a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Make at least 100 outbound dials per day to clients.
• Pitch and close lead generation websites and digital marketing add-ons.
• Qualify high-value prospects and schedule discovery calls with the Phoenix DMA team.
• Log all activity and outcomes in the CRM after every interaction.
• Meet or exceed the sales quota defined on onboarding.
