Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with at least 2 years of facilities management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs) and maintain safety
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and related building systems to meet standards
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies
• Maintain energy management practices and preventive maintenance programs
• Assist with emergency repairs and safe storage of hazardous materials
• Review and monitor building systems (HVAC, fire life safety, plumbing) for design compliance
• Provide guidance to colleagues and support cross‑functional teams in operations and project activities
• Communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders
• Lead by example in adherence to CBRE RISE values
