Qualifications

• Licensed ME with at least 2 years in Facilities Management
• MS Office proficiency and data interpretation
• Ability to assess and improve building system performance

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives
• Manage energy usage and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Assist with safe storage and handling of hazardous materials and maintain clean work areas
• Review and optimize building system operations to meet design specifications
