Job summary

Grand Westside Manila Bay is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure guest service excellence on-site in Metro Manila. This full-time role coordinates front office, housekeeping, F&B, security and maintenance to deliver smooth service and safety.

You will manage staff schedules, coach teams, run briefings and support training while preparing operational reports and aiding revenue and occupancy targets in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality operations, including front office supervision and guest services management.
• Relevant supervisory or Duty Manager experience in hotels or similar settings.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest inquiries and conflict resolution.
• Solid organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities for busy periods.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and basic reporting tools; proficiency in standard office software.
• Understanding of safety, security, and hygiene standards and enforcement of policies.
• Customer-focused mindset, high integrity, and commitment to delivering quality service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field preferred.
