Grand Westside Hotel in Manila Bay is seeking a Fire, Life and Safety Manager to plan, implement, and oversee all safety programs across the property. You will conduct regular safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Formación

• Degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, electrical, or civil.
• Strong OSH and fire life safety knowledge.
• Experience in safety inspections and emergency drills.
• Experience in hotels or large-scale properties is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver safety training, drills, and awareness programs for team members.
• Coordinate and update emergency response plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of safety procedures and incidents.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, housekeeping, security, and operations teams.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external safety providers.
• Lead or support accident and incident investigations.
• Monitor safety performance indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement in fire, life, and safety practices throughout the property.
