Job summary

Shangri-La Boracay is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and guest experiences at our hillside resort on Boracay Island. You will supervise the Front Office team, ensure SOPs, and keep staff informed of products and services while maintaining safety.

This role requires hotelier background, leadership, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing

Qualifications

• Must be a hotelier with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with friendly, trustworthy leadership.
• Fully understands room operations and front desk operations.
• Experience in the same capacity at a hotel.
• Preferably from hotel management education background.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis.
• Enhance overall guest experience during their stay.
• Supervise and direct the Front Office team.
• Keep colleagues up-to-date with hotel products and services.
• Monitor arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective.
• Respond to emergencies according to SOP and ensure guest and staff safety.

As a Duty Manager, We Rely On You To

• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
• Enhance overall guest experience during their stay
• Supervise and direct the Front Office team
• Ensure all colleagues are kept up-to-date with hotel products and services
• Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective
• Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues
