Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group in Greece is seeking a Dutch Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Expert to join our onsite Athens team. You will deliver high-level technical support for cybersecurity software and advise Dutch-speaking clients on complex digital security issues.
This role offers relocation support, cybersecurity training, private health insurance, and performance bonuses including two extra salaries annually.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is strictly required.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate move.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably within a tech or BPO environment.
- Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, to join onsite team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support for cybersecurity software and digital protection solutions.
- Assist Dutch-speaking clients in resolving security-related inquiries and complex digital safety issues.
- Monitor and analyze potential threats to ensure optimal customer protection and system integrity.
- Maintain detailed documentation of security protocols and customer interactions within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Collaborate with international technical teams to troubleshoot and elevate critical cybersecurity concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber-threat landscapes to provide proactive advice to our user base.
- Ensure all security-related communications adhere to strict privacy and compliance standards.
