Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch is mandatory for this role.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens for on-site work.
• EU passport or valid Greece work permit required.
• Experience in consumer electronics customer support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support via phone, email and live chat.
• Educate users on features, updates and specifications of electronics products.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex hardware/software issues.
