Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking German Speaking Customer Care Experts to join our international team in Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and live chat, delivering accurate solutions to German-speaking clients and maintaining CRM records.

Fluency in Dutch is strictly required, with a valid EU passport and relocation to Athens expected. We offer a competitive monthly salary with bonuses, two extra salaries per year (13th & 14th), full relocation support, comprehensive paid

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position.
• Proficiency in German language skills is essential to succeed in this role in Greece.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working in the customer support services industry.
• Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, and thrive in a multicultural professional environment.
• Previous experience in customer support or call center operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support as a German Speaking Customer Care Expert within our elite customer support services department.
• Manage high-volume inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat to ensure total client satisfaction.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and efficient solutions to German-speaking clientele.
• Document all interactions meticulously within our CRM system, adhering to company quality standards.
• Collaborate with international team members to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols within the customer support services industry.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a professional and empathetic tone in every customer interaction.
