Kassen Recruitment is seeking a creative Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team. You will manage social media content, SEO blogs, website updates, email campaigns, and CRM outreach to generate qualified leads.

The role involves social media creation (Canva/CapCut), content marketing, and events/support campaigns, with hours 6:00am-2:00pm EST, Monday to Friday. Remote work from anywhere, strong organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing, digital marketing, social media, content creation, lead generation, or related role.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva and CapCut.
• Experience with email marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Experience with Recruiterflow or similar CRM/outreach platform is an asset.
• Experience writing SEO-focused website content and blogs.
• Experience with a website CMS; Shazamme experience is an asset.
• Strong graphic design skills with layout, branding, and visual consistency.
• Comfortable creating and editing presentations and pitch decks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setup.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and current trends.
• Recruitment/Staffing or B2B marketing experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Develop posts, graphics, carousels, videos, reels, and other digital assets.
• Edit short-form video content using CapCut and design materials in Canva.
• Write captions and copy aligned with brand voice; manage engagement.
• Lead SEO-driven blog content and website optimization.
• Research topics, keywords, and trends to boost organic visibility.
• Update content on Shazamme; improve pages, imagery, CTAs.
• Draft and edit marketing presentations, emails, and newsletters.
• Support campaign planning, content calendars, and brand consistency.
