Job summary

Facelove Cosmetics is seeking a hands-on DTC E-commerce Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for paid media, creative strategy, retention, Shopify/CRO, and more. You will work directly with the HR Manager and founders to maintain pipelines of strong candidates, including contractors and full-time hires.

This is a fast-moving, fully remote role requiring proactive sourcing, structured screens, and sharp judgment to distinguish fit from noise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment for DTC, ecommerce, or performance marketing.
• Experience with high-volume contractor and full-time roles.
• Strong written communication and structured screening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across DTC e-commerce roles.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound.
• Screen resumes/portfolios and conduct initial interviews.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and offers.
