Job summary

Faccelove is seeking an experienced COO to drive operations across store, content, and internal systems for a fast-growing global D2C brand.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement scalable processes, and report directly to the founders. This remote, independent contractor role demands measurable results and ownership. Full-time availability with weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a high-performance e-commerce or agency setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience building SOPs, systems, and organizational structures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments at once.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with many moving parts.
• Full-time availability (40+ hours) with flexibility on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily store operations.
• Monitor fulfillment, supplier relations, inventory, and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks early and proactively solve them on your own.
• Structure and streamline all content workflows.
• Manage planning, deadlines, and team accountability.
• Build SOPs, workflows, and automation systems.
• Implement tools to improve efficiency across departments.
• Create scalable systems that run like a well-oiled machine.
• Lead daily/weekly calls and manage cross-functional teams.
• Communicate clearly and deliver actionable next steps.
• Coach teams, maintain accountability, and drive performance.
