Job summary

GreenGSM is seeking a dynamic Driver Training Specialist who will own the design and delivery of the driver-partner training curriculum—from onboarding through ongoing certification. You will conduct classroom, on-site, and virtual sessions, build assessments, and set certification standards.

The role standardizes training workflows, scales delivery across Metro Manila, tracks completion and feedback data, and continuously refines content to improve readiness and safety for GreenGSM's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, Communications, or related fields.
• Proven experience in training, facilitation, or adult learning.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills in English and Filipino.
• Strong instructional design ability to translate standards into engaging content.
• Ability to analyze training data to identify gaps and improve curriculum.
• Knowledge of transport or mobility industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the driver-partner training curriculum.
• Deliver classroom, on-site, and virtual training sessions.
• Develop training materials, assessments, and certification standards.
• Coordinate train-the-trainer sessions and manage field trainers.
• Track completion and performance data to iterate session content.
