Green GSM is seeking a Training Specialist (Driver Training) in the Philippines to design and deliver specialized learning programs for our driver workforce, covering both New and Existing Drivers.

Reporting to the Training Manager, you will manage Lotus LMS driver modules, develop localized materials, and track post-training metrics to continually improve service quality and safety standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience delivering training to both frontline and office teams.
• Skilled in designing training materials (slides, guides, microlearning, etc.).
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Lotus LMS).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Good at working with HR, Operations, and other teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to submit daily reports.
• Flexible and proactive in finding solutions to training needs.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• LTO accredited, with NCII certification.

This role ensures driver operational excellence, adherence to strict safety standards, and the cultivation of a service-oriented growth culture. Reporting to the Training Manager, the specialist oversees the administration of driver modules within the Lotus LMS, develops and updates localized training materials, and tracks post-training performance metrics to consistently enhance service quality and support company business.
