Job summary

GreenGSM is seeking a dynamic Driver Training Specialist who will own the design and delivery of the driver-partner training curriculum—from onboarding through ongoing certification. You will conduct classroom, on-site, and virtual sessions, build assessments, and set certification standards.

The role standardizes training workflows, scales delivery across Metro Manila, tracks completion and feedback data, and continuously refines content to improve readiness and safety for GreenGSM's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, Communications, or related fields.
• Proven experience in training, facilitation, or adult learning.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills in English and Filipino.
• Strong instructional design ability to translate standards into engaging content.
• Ability to analyze training data to identify gaps and improve curriculum.
• Knowledge of transport or mobility industries is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Driver Training Specialist who can own the design and delivery of GreenGSM's driver-partner training curriculum - from onboarding through ongoing certification. You will conduct classroom, on-site, and virtual training sessions, build assessment and certification standards, and continuously refine the training experience based on performance data and driver feedback.

You will standardize training workflows, scale delivery across Metro Manila and Greater Metro Manila, and become a key driver of training quality and readiness for GreenGSM's driver-partner fleet - directly influencing how quickly and confidently a new driver-partner reaches their first trip.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Design and continuously improve the driver-partner training curriculum - onboarding, refresher, safety, and service-standards modules.
• Deliver classroom, on-site, and virtual training sessions for new and existing driver-partners.
• Develop training materials, knowledge assessments, and certification standards aligned with GreenGSM's General Internal Regulations and service expectations.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and help manage a pool of field trainers and facilitators to scale delivery.
• Partner with Driver Acquisition and Driver Engagement teams to align curriculum with the onboarding flow and reduce friction before a driver-partner's first trip.
• Track training completion, assessment, and certification data; analyze feedback to iterate and improve session content and delivery.
• Ensure training content stays current with regulatory, safety, and company standards, including General Internal Regulations, etiquette, and do's-and-don'ts as a GreenGSM driver.
• Coordinate logistics for training venues, schedules, and materials to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of every session.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields.
• Proven experience in training and development, facilitation, adult learning, or a similar role.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills; fluent in both Filipino and English (written and verbal).
• Strong instructional design skills - able to translate standards and policies into clear, engaging training content.
• Comfortable analyzing training and performance data to identify gaps and improve curriculum effectiveness.
• Knowledgeable about the transport, automotive, and mobility industry, including relevant safety and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft/Google productivity tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and comfortable with virtual training platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple training cohorts and schedules independently while meeting completion and quality targets.
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail, patience, and time-management skills.
• Willing and able to travel regularly to training venues and driver-community locations across GreenGSM hubs and depots.
• Training certifications (e.g., Training and Development, Instructional Design) are a plus.
