Job summary

GreenGSM in the Philippines is seeking a Driver Training Specialist to own the design and delivery of the driver-partner training curriculum from onboarding through certification. You will conduct classroom, on-site, and virtual sessions and align materials with safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in training and development, facilitation, adult learning, or similar role.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills; fluent in Filipino and English (written and verbal).
• Strong instructional design skills and ability to translate standards into engaging training content.
• Comfortable analyzing training and performance data to identify gaps and improve curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the driver-partner training curriculum — onboarding, refresher, safety, and service-standards modules.
• Deliver classroom, on-site, and virtual training sessions for new and existing driver-partners.
• Develop training materials, assessments, and certification standards aligned with company rules and service expectations.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions and help manage a pool of field trainers and facilitators.
• Collaborate with Driver Acquisition and Driver Engagement to align curriculum with onboarding flow.
• Track training completion, assessments, and certification data; iterate content based on feedback.
• Ensure content stays current with regulatory, safety, and company standards.
