Job summary

gsm - green sm is seeking a Driver Training Manager to lead the driver training strategy and drive service quality improvements across depots and sites in the Philippines. The role focuses on managing the Driver Training Team, designing learning solutions, and evaluating outcomes to foster continuous improvement.

You will oversee curriculum development, instructional design, and blended learning approaches, while aligning programs with platform updates and operational changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years in a managerial role leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, localize, and update driver training programs for Philippines.
• Translate operations procedures into engaging learning modules.
• Establish multi-modal training frameworks for rapid scaling.
• Direct, mentor, and evaluate Training Specialists.
• Manage end-to-end training rollouts including new depot launches and platform updates.
• Coordinate trainer deployment and facility utilization.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs linking training to operational performance.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards for training pipelines and compliance.
• Provide weekly and monthly training performance reports to Head of Driver Training and Engagement.
