Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Driver Operations Lead for Offline Presence in the Philippines to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and delivering performance metrics. You will manage the Offline Presence team, onboard partner drivers for sticker installations, and drive offline campaigns to strengthen driver supply and brand visibility across operating areas.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in campaigns or branding initiatives, and strong focus on operational excellence

Qualifications

• Maintains compliance and delivers measurable performance results.
• Experience in planning and executing offline campaigns and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Offline Presence team including preparation and sending of performance reports, monitoring attendance and productivity of all team members.
• Assist in onboarding partner drivers for sticker installation and coordinate with relevant teams and departments.
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve total sticker drivers.
• Ensure company procedures and regulations are followed and escalate potential issues to the Management Team.
• Lead team briefing and weekly staff meetings to discuss performance updates, product and process developments.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Management.
