Job summary

Lalamove is building a faster, more reliable on-demand delivery network in the Philippines. This role focuses on reactivating inactive drivers, coordinating with Driver Support, and ensuring adherence to standards across the driver base.

You will leverage data to drive improvements, create reports, and help implement incentive programs to boost driver availability during peak hours. The role demands strong collaboration in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, supply management, or reactivation roles preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with drivers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the ride-sharing or logistics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular call-outs to inactive drivers to encourage reactivation.
• Collaborate with the Driver Support team to address driver concerns and issues promptly.
• Identify and address any deviations from established standards or benchmarks.
• Implement strategies to optimize driver availability during peak demand hours.
• Create and maintain reports to track the success of driver initiatives.
• Implement Panalomoves or similar incentive programs to motivate and reward drivers.
