Job summary

Angkas in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Communications Specialist to support driver engagement, training, and retention initiatives. You’ll craft updates, monitor driver chats, and help resolve issues to keep the network moving.

You’ll develop learning content to improve driver professionalism and platform knowledge, track completion rates, run loyalty programs, and coordinate with teams to meet targets while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year experience in operations management, preferably in transportation, logistics, fleet, employee relations, or paralegal.
• Good communication skills, computer literate, experience in Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting.
• Bachelor's Degree of any related course.
• Active Driver's License and able to operate a 4-wheel vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Draft and schedule daily or weekly driver updates (hotspots, announcements, tips).
• Monitor driver group chats or inboxes for issues or trends.
• Respond to inbound driver questions or support requests.
• Manage support escalations and issue resolution.
• Develop learning contents to improve driver professionalism, customer service, and platform knowledge.
• Track completion rates of training and engagement levels with content.
• Share and communicate learning visuals, APP-dates through driver group chats.
• Monitor driver activity and engagement metrics daily to identify disengagement.
• Contact inactive or low-performing drivers to re-engage them with tailored support.
• Develop and run driver loyalty programs.
• Conduct regular FGDs to understand drivers’ needs and pain points.
