Job summary

Angkas in the Philippines is seeking a Head of Driver Marketing to grow the driver network and optimize onboarding. Lead multi-channel campaigns, partnerships, and referral programs to increase sign-ups and retention.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, Brand, and PR to tailor communications, improve driver experience, measure ROI, and drive growth while upholding safety and brand standards. Flexible onsite/remote/hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in marketing.
• Excellent marketing sense and strong communication skills across the coverage area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the driver supply.
• Design targeted acquisition campaigns across digital and on-ground channels.
• Oversee referral programs and onboarding incentives.
• Partner with Product and Operations to optimize onboarding flows.
• Lead driver lifecycle marketing to maintain loyalty.
• Communicate driver value and earnings potential.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and PR to share success stories and build brand.
