Job summary

GSM - Green SM is seeking a dynamic Driver Recruitment Specialist to own the driver-partner lifecycle from recruitment through to first trip. You will coordinate on-ground activations, onboarding events, and driver-community programs to sustain engagement in the initial weeks on the platform.

You will standardize workflows, scale onboarding operations, and drive growth by monitoring onboarding metrics and driver satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in driver acquisition/onboarding or community management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset with basic reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver-partner recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
• Organize on-ground activations and onboarding events with partners and teams.
• Guide new drivers through application, documentation, orientation, and training.
• Identify blockers to onboarding and first trip, implement reminders and support.
• Maintain relationships with driver communities, vendors, and partner brands.
• Track recruitment and first-trip metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
• Facilitate driver training on GIR, service expectations, and company standards.
