About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Driver/Housekeeping professional to join the team at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE. This is a full-time position based in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. In this unique dual‑role position, you will be responsible for both transportation and housekeeping duties, playing a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service delivery that our organisation is known for. You will be essential to ensuring that our facilities remain spotless and that all transportation needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

Housekeeping duties:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including rooms, common spaces, and facilities
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, maintaining attention to detail and hygiene protocols
• Change bed linens, replenish toiletries, and stock supplies in designated areas
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition

Driver duties:

• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies
• Transport staff, guests, and supplies to designated locations as required
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and regular maintenance schedules
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle conditions
• Ensure timely and reliable transportation services
• Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling and vehicle concerns
