As an On-call Driver, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and courier operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods and services to our clients. Key responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently whilst adhering to all traffic laws and company policies

• Pick up and deliver packages and goods to designated locations in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage and vehicle condition

• Respond promptly to on-call requests and adjust schedules as needed

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues

• Provide excellent customer service to recipients and handle inquiries professionally

• Ensure packages are loaded securely and transported safely to prevent damage

• Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding route updates and delivery status

• Comply with all safety regulations and company protocols
