• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Proven experience as a driver in the courier, logistics, or transport industry.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents.
• Strong knowledge of traffic rules, road safety regulations, and local driving conditions in Metro Manila.
• Excellent route planning and time management skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.
• Reliable vehicle maintenance knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Professional attitude with punctuality and dependability.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery tracking software is advantageous.
