INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE is seeking a Reliever Housekeeping Attendant in Baguio City, Benguet. You will support daily cleaning, cover shifts across facilities, and help maintain guest rooms and public spaces to ensure high cleanliness standards and a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, bathroom sanitation and linen changes.
• Maintain common areas to high cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping or maintenance.
• Stock and replenish guest room supplies including toiletries and towels.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene protocols for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Work across different shifts to cover staff as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous behavior towards guests.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning duties.

About the role

We are seeking a Reliever Housekeeping Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE. This is a full-time position based in Baguio City, Benguet. As a Reliever Housekeeping Attendant, you will provide flexible support to our housekeeping operations, stepping in to cover shifts and assist with daily cleaning and maintenance tasks across our facilities. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring guests experience a welcoming and well-maintained environment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, bathroom sanitation and linen changes

• Maintain common areas such as lobbies, corridors, stairwells and public restrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness

• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional housekeeping services or maintenance needs

• Stock and replenish guest room supplies including toiletries, towels, linens and other amenities

• Follow all health, safety and hygiene protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Work flexibly across different shifts to cover for regular staff members as required

• Report any maintenance issues, damages or safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor

• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate courteous behaviour towards guests and colleagues

• Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning duties as assigned

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
