Job summary

Angkas in the Philippines seeks a Driver Excellence Associate to help build a high-quality, long-term driver experience. You will lead communications, training and retention initiatives, while ensuring policy adherence and meeting key objectives.

You will draft updates, develop learning content, monitor engagement, and run loyalty programs across a dynamic, tech-driven team. A degree and 2–3 years in operations management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of any related course.
• 2-3 years experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Good communication skills, computer literate, experience in google sheets, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Draft and schedule daily or weekly driver updates (hospots, announcements, tips).
• Monitor driver group chats or inboxes for issues or trends.
• Respond to inbound driver questions or support requests.
• Manage support escalations and issue resolution.
• Develop learning contents to improve driver professionalism, customer service, and platform knowledge.
• Track completion rates of training and engagement levels with content.
