Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) is seeking a Driver Support Associate in the Philippines to help set foundations for a high-quality driver experience on our ride-hailing platform. You will draft updates, monitor driver communications, and respond to inquiries to ensure smooth operations.

You will also manage escalations, develop training content, and analyze engagement metrics to re-engage drivers and strengthen loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
At least 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in transportation/logistics.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient with Google Sheets, data analysis and reporting.
Must have a driver's license and be able to operate a 4-wheel vehicle.

Responsibilities

Draft and schedule daily or weekly driver updates including hotspots, announcements, and tips.
Monitor driver group chats or inboxes for issues or trends.
Respond to inbound driver questions or support requests.
Manage support escalations and issue resolution.
Develop learning contents to improve driver professionalism, customer service, and platform knowledge.
Track completion rates of training and engagement levels with content.
Monitor driver activity and engagement metrics daily to identify disengaged drivers.
Contact inactive or low-performing drivers to re-engage them with tailored support.
Develop and run driver loyalty programs.
Conduct regular FGDs to understand drivers' needs and pain points.
