Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) is seeking an Activation and Onboarding Specialist in Makati to monitor and analyze new driver activity during the initial 21 days, and to develop strategies that boost early engagement and productivity.

You will collaborate with fleet managers, share insights from performance data with stakeholders, and help create onboarding materials while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in activation and onboarding
• Excellent customer service track record
• Skilled in generating and presenting data/reports to stakeholders
• Proficient in GSuite applications, especially GSheets

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze new driver activity and performance during the initial 21-day period
• Develop and implement strategies to boost new driver engagement and productivity
• Collaborate with fleet managers to provide support to new drivers-members
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in early driver performance data and recommend improvements
• Communicate regularly with new drivers through calls, messages, and emails to ensure ongoing motivation and clarity on expectations
• Assist in the creation of educational content and onboarding materials tailored to early-stage driver needs

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in activation and onboarding
• A track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Skilled in generating and presenting data/reports to stakeholders, including the executive team
• Proficient in GSuite applications especially GSheets
