Job summary

Angkas is seeking a Partner Onboarding & Activation leader in Metro Manila to oversee end-to-end onboarding for rider- and driver-partners. You will drive activation, compliance, and partner experience, while coordinating trainings and schedules.

The role requires managing a team, setting targets, and improving onboarding workflows across operations, compliance, and product. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office.

Partner Onboarding & Activation

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes for rider-partners and driver-partners.
• Ensure timely verification of documents, background checks, and compliance requirements.
• Improve onboarding speed, activation rates, and partner experience.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, orientations, and training sessions.

Team Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of onboarding associates.
• Set performance targets and monitor KPIs such as activation rate, turnaround time, and quality.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks in onboarding workflows and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Support teams to streamline processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and onboarding guidelines.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work with regional and operations teams to support expansion and scaling initiatives.
• Handle onboarding-related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track and report onboarding performance metrics and trends.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain dashboards for operational visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, HR, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, onboarding, customer experience, or team management.
• Preferred background in operations, marketplace platforms, logistics, startup operations, or other fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience managing or leading teams in an operational setting.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
