FGC+ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for donors, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and issuing tax-related documents. Your work will ensure a seamless and positive donor experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in the BPO industry, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work on-site during graveyard shifts. We offer a nurturing environment with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• College degree or some college education.
• 1–2 years of experience in the BPO industry, ideally in a client service or sales role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Keen attention to detail and active listening abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work on-site during graveyard shifts (night hours) as required.
• A proactive, solution-driven approach to resolving issues.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound inquiries related to donations, providing clear and helpful information
• Conduct proactive outreach to donors via phone, email, and SMS for updates and follow-ups
• Support donors by processing tax receipts, vacation vouchers, and profile updates
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and ensure timely follow-up
• Resolve issues or concerns promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary
• Stay informed on current company offerings, services, and procedures to provide accurate support
• Foster strong donor relationships through personalized, professional service
