Job summary

FGC+ is hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to handle patient inquiries about accounts, ensuring HIPAA privacy and accurate payment processing. The role involves using multiple systems, researching questions, and escalating complex issues to supervisors.

You will contribute to aging analyses, statement reviews, and timely follow-ups while following defined billing protocols. Onsite work and graveyard shifts are required for this position.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of BPO experience on a Healthcare account.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable working with numbers.
• Onsite availability and graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone-based patient questions on accounts with HIPAA compliance.
• Process credit card transactions and collect outstanding payments.
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
• Research patient questions using multiple systems.
• Provide accurate aging analysis and review statements.
• Follow client protocols during billing cycles.
• Respond promptly to requests and follow up on outstanding items.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
