Dikshatek is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to act as a subject matter expert for the Docusign platform. You will handle Tier 2/3 escalations, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure smooth agreement workflows across the organization.

This role balances platform maintenance with direct end-user and developer support. Responsibilities include platform administration, troubleshooting, webhook support, CLM lifecycle guidance, and enterprise deployment monitoring.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience administering Docusign eSignature, Org Admin, or CLM platforms.
• Ability to map out complex document workflows and isolate bottlenecks quickly.
• Strong communication to translate technical issues for non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Administration: Docusign Org Admin configurations, user provisioning, SSO settings, and permissions across sub-accounts.
• Technical Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve template routing, IDV blocks, and network/firewall issues.
• Integration & Webhook Support: monitor Docusign Connect webhooks and API failures with Salesforce/Workday/ERPs.
• Lifecycle Management: advise on envelope corrections, voiding protocols, and CLM deployments.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: automate generation, redlining, clause library management, and storage.
• Org Admin & Monitor: manage multiple sub-accounts, user permissions, and real-time alerts.
