Job summary

Insight is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to provide exceptional customer support for DocuSign and CLM platforms. You will manage the inbound queue, triage issues, and collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve challenges related to electronic signature and contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting DocuSign or similar electronic signature/CLM platforms.
• Experience with enterprise software and IT service management (ITSM) is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems, CRM, and CLM tools; ServiceNow familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inbound customer support queue and respond to DocuSign and CLM-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform comprehensive triage of customer issues and requests to determine priority, scope, and the appropriate resolution path.
• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for DocuSign and related contract management tools.
• Partner with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in support ticketing systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and a positive support experience.
• Identify trends and recurring issues to support product enhancements and process improvements.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the support lifecycle.
