2GO Group Inc. in Mandaue, Philippines is seeking a Logistics Documentation Specialist responsible for daily POD processing, ensuring compliance with client documentation and billing requirements, and coordinating with internal teams, clients, and third‑party providers to keep POD transactions accurate and timely.

You’ll answer queries by phone and email, resolve issues, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, participate in UAT for system upgrades (QAir, Oracle Browse, SAP), and train

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Logistics or related operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytic, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers queries by phone and email regarding documentation concerns from delivery personnel and internal partners.
• Responds promptly and professionally to customer queries and complaints.
• Coordinates with other units on pending or problematic transactions and ensures timely resolution.
• Prepares and submits accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports including KPI reports.
• Participates in UAT for system enhancements and upgrades (QAir, Oracle Browse, SAP).
