Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, sort, and process POD documents from delivery operations.
• Ensure POD documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Maintain filing/tracking of POD records (hardcopy and electronic).
• Receive, inspect, and record returned products per procedures.
• Update inventory and returns records in WMS.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and clients on POD discrepancies.
• Support inventory reconciliation, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
