Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Document Controller to manage project drawings, specifications, and procedures. This role offers hybrid work with a day shift, providing structured file management and QA checks to ensure ISO and client standards are met.

You will work with InEight Document or QDMS, excel at data management, and coordinate with project teams to meet delivery deadlines. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with DMS systems (QDMS or InEight Document).
• Clear knowledge of document control workflows (transmittals, redlines, revisions).
• Exposure to Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Piping/Electrical docs.
• Advanced MS Excel and metadata handling.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Control, register, and distribute project drawings and specs.
• Maintain structured digital files in DMS.
• Respond to document requests from staff, clients, subs.
• Perform QA checks to ensure ISO/customer standards.
• Identify discrepancies and track corrective actions.
• Provide admin support and generate status reports.
